With over 14 years of combined experience in the human services, medical, and insurance industries, I bring a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important challenges.

My career began in the human service and medical fields, where I spent 8 years supporting people in need with compassion and professionalism. That experience instilled in me a strong foundation in client care, attention to detail, and problem-solving—all of which translated naturally into the insurance industry.

For the past 6 years, I have specialized in insurance claims, gaining comprehensive knowledge of claim processing, policy interpretation, and customer support. My work has focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and fair outcomes for clients during moments of stress and uncertainty.

I am proud to have recently joined the MVR team as a Commercial Processor. In this role, I am responsible for verifying policy details, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our customers with efficient, high-quality service. I see this as an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while continuing to make a meaningful impact on the people and businesses we serve.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and connecting with new people. Whether it’s discovering a new city or simply having a good conversation, I’m always eager to explore and learn. I look forward to eventually seeing all corners of our great nation and bringing those experiences back to enrich both my personal and professional life.
