Update - Preferred Mutual: We know that many of your customers are doing their part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 by staying at home. In an effort to support our mutual customers in New York, we have implemented the Stay Home, Stay Assured Auto Program. Checks for the 15% credit of May and June premiums will be issued to policyholders who had an active, personal auto policy as of April 30, 2020. Customers can expect to receive their Program checks over the next two weeks.
